Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. Her best-known role is Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting actress in an Drama Series. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. She was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1968 Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting at Preparatory School before her family moved to Ohio during the latter part of 1970. Anna attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre in the theatre department at Northwestern University. Anna began her journey in Chicago performing in stage roles for many years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood where she started acting in TV shows and films. Anna was selected to portray Arden on Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. Anna continued to appear in movies and television shows like Seinfeld, NYPD Blue and other shows until the end of the 1990's. She was then cast in The Practice as Jean Ward. Martha Bullock played two full seasons in Deadwood that was shot during the middle 2000's. Skyler is the character she played in her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully and Deadwood was a different film that she appeared in. Gunn was on stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. In addition, she played in Numbered Day, a podcast consisting of four audio dramas. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship of Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their strained bond and eventual end resembles the last years of Walter White's story.
